On December 5, 2018 the second meeting of “Platform” was launched at the Russian Art Museum.
The platform, on the one hand meets a public official, social, political, cultural figure, and on the other hand, representatives of civil society, youth, and other stakeholders of the society as a platform for exchanging opinions in a question-and-answer format.
The guest of the second meeting was Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Candidate of Historical Sciences, member of the department of “Civil Contract” party.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister touched upon the existing problems in the field of higher education and tried to represent the possible solutions of those problems and the expected reforms thoroughly.
The Deputy Minister attached the importance of using other examples and experience of educational systems as a precedent in implementing changes.
