The night of October 23 was restless in the city of Martakert and Martuni region. As a result of the azerbaijani shelling of Martakert, two houses of an apartment building at 7 A. Sakharov Street were set on fire. Firefighters-rescuers of the Martakert Regional Department for Emergency Situations managed to extinguish the fire quickly so that no fire would break out in other apartments. According to preliminary data, the enemy opened fire in this direction with Grad missiles. There are no human losses. At the moment, several villages in the Martuni region, including Karmir Shuka (Red Market), are being fired upon by the Smerch.

The relatively stable-tense state in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict zone hasn’t changed during the night. Artillery battles and skirmishes have kept on taking place in some areas. At the moment, local battles are taking place in all direction of the frontline. The operation of finding and destroying the enemy subversive groups of mercenary terrorists continue by the subdivisions of the Defense Army.
