The enemy continues to violate the humanitarian ceasefire and this time has targeted one of the hospitals located in the north-eastern direction, where civilians have also been receiving treatment. This constitutes a gross violation of norms and principles of international humanitarian and customary law, according which targeting hospitals and facilities where the wounded are cared for is prohibited. This is an overt war crime, the entire responsibility for the consequences of which falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.

In fact, the military-political leadership of that country allows itself to target the military equipment on the territory of the Republic of Armenia carrying out normal combat duty only on the basis of assumptions. Reaffirming that so far no missiles, shells or bullets have been fired from the territory of the Republic of Armenia in the direction of Azerbaijan, we announce that from now on the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia with the same logic has the right to target any military object or military movement in the territory of Azerbaijan. The military-political leadership of Azerbaijan takes all the responsibility for the process of changing the combat zone and the logic. There are no casualties or wounded.

During the night the situation in the Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict zone has remained relatively stable, but tense. With different intensity, artillery battles continued in several sections.
