To alter the postgraduate education sector, the Higher Attestation Commission adopted a decision to make changes in the system. However, the plan has been criticized by young scientists. Will this decision contribute to the development of the science sector, or not? The President of ACoYA Areg Kochinyan took a part in the discussion as well.
