On November 7, at 18.00, an event was held at the Museum of Russian Art (38 Isahakyan str.) dedicated to the discussion of the new draft law on “Compulsory Military Service”. Areg Kochinyan, the President of the “Armenian Center of Young Analysts” NGO, delivered a speech.
The event was held in the format of talk-discussion that was attended by students, young people, representatives of the mass media, and other interested people. The event was organized within the framework of the #Livetalks project of the “Armenian Center of Young Analysts”.
