By accessing or using enlightngo.org and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Enlight Studies ("Enlight", "we", "us") is a non-governmental, non-profit organization registered in the Republic of Armenia. We operate this website to share educational and analytical content, accept charitable donations, and communicate with our community. The Services are provided free of charge and on an "as-is" basis.

Donations made through this website support Enlight's charitable and educational mission. By submitting a donation you acknowledge the following:

• Donations are voluntary contributions and do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, or ownership interest.
• All donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or was processed as a duplicate, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction.
• Any review of a refund request is at our sole discretion. Bank and payment-processing fees incurred on the original transaction may not be recoverable and will not be included in any refund.
• Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not affect amounts already processed.
• Payment transactions are processed by Ameriabank CJSC. By donating you also agree to Ameriabank's applicable terms and policies.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The website publishes articles, analyses, and other materials authored by individual contributors. Regarding this content:

• Each piece of content reflects the views and opinions of its named author(s) only and does not necessarily represent the official position or views of Enlight Studies as an organization.
• Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content they contribute. Enlight does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any published content.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Enlight name, logo, and original organizational content are the property of Enlight Studies. Content authored by contributors remains their own. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate Enlight or any of its members, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Submit unsolicited or automated requests, scrape content, or use the Services in ways that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enlight Studies and its officers, board members, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The website may contain links to external websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Armenia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
