Every year hundreds of young people graduate from universities in Armenia, but few of them become qualified professionals. Thus, many employers are unable to fill vacancies with qualified specialists. In result, not only the unemployment rate but also the demand for highly qualified specialists increases. The president of ACoYA Areg Kochinyan tried to offer a solution to this problem.
