28 years ago the Armenian people, the Armenian Diaspora and Artsakh gained their Independence.
Achieving Independence was not only the opportunity to say “Yes” to the Declaration of Independence.
Independence of Armenia was the result of united effort and will of Armenia, Armenian Diaspora and Artsakh.
On September 21, 1991, the owner and guarantor of Independence of the RA was born [legally]: the RA Citizen was born. A citizen, who should principally lend wings and take care of that Independence.
In April 2008, the citizen of Armenia, i.e., Armenia, Diaspora and Artsakh, reaffirmed its resolve and mission for being the guarantor of Independence, regaining the missing Independence of the RA.
And that Independence was getting missed because the RA citizen didn’t value and take for granted what was obtained [himself and those who gained Independence].
Today and tomorrow the RA citizen must continually re-edit and re-value the gained and re-gained Independence and constantly re-conquer it.
For doing it, the RA citizen must seriously treat to his faithful work and thereby fulfilling his mission in front of the Past, Present and the Future of the country and people.
Independence of the RA, the RA citizen, Armenia, Diaspora and Artsakh, should carry out the belief of victories as it has the persistence of springs…
