Major General Jalal Harutyunyan, Commander of the Defense Army, Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh, debriefed on the operational-tactical situation, all the processes carried out by the units of the Defense Army to repel the Azerbaijani aggression. The commander of the army assured that the situation is fully under the control of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Artsakh, favorable opportunities have been created for further enhancement of registered successes.

Early in the morning of September 28, the RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan held an operative consultation with the management staff of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces General Staff. The Minister was reported about the operative situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani line of contact and the state border of Armenia. At the core of the meeting was the situation created by the military operations unleashed by the Azerbaijani side.
